Distansterapi
I provide therapy services to individuals and couples (in person and online) with a wide experience in the field of mental health and holistic wellbeing. I am a logotherapist (4,5 years + 200h training, international certificate LIF® / Logotherapeut FLP-Europa®) and a researcher in a doctoral programme (psychological anthropology, psychology). My integrative approach draws from a variety of therapeutic methods (e.g. acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness) and tailors therapy according to each clients individual needs. Both short and long term therapy are available. As a therapist my aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative space where you can slow down and feel seen and valued right where you are. I’m genuine, warm and compassionate, yet direct and active in opening new questions and perspectives. I invite you for a journey to explore and reconnect with your most authentic self in order to find more inner strength and freedom. I use my experience in logotherapy, psychology and anthropology to address a range of specific client needs. Logotherapy is a profound meaning-making experience that helps people to navigate through life changes, crises, conflict, stress or any situation that questions the direction or purpose of life. My specialization also includes: grief, emotional distress, relationship issues, parenthood, depression and anxiety. So whether you are aiming to better understand yourself, your relationships or just feeling ’lost’ - you are warmly welcome. My practice is located in Töölö (near Helsinki center) and is easily reached by public transportation.
