My name is Tommi and I am a qualified psychiatric nurse and a solution- and resource focused therapist. You can come to visit me to find practical solutions for different kinds of addicts, stressful situations, anxiety, depression, problems in relationships and sexuality, difficult emotions, grief, low self-esteem or challenges at the work or -studies. We can also use mindfulness -practices to help you to come more aware of yourself and your deeper values in life. I work with individuals, couples and people in polyamorous relationships of all ages.
