My specialties include neurodiversity, creative fields, and the exploration of consciousness from both scientific and experiential perspectives. You can, however, come with themes not related to these. Sometimes our ways of relating to the world may appear strange to others. Yet diversity is what makes nature vital. Nature always seeks to organise itself purposefully, and it doesn't shy away from creative solutions. The same applies to the workings of our minds. The mind's creative processes have evolved over millions of years to serve life. We make sense of the world through them. We can't exist in the world outside our consciousness, which is why the mind is always our home – even when it's messy and dim. When we come to know our home intimately, we can take shelter in it. It becomes easier to find our way through dark periods.
