I graduated as a physiotherapist in the spring of 2019, and my background includes being a sports masseur and a certified sports physiotherapist (SUFT). My approach to work is social, open, and approachable — it is important to me that a trusting and effective interaction is established between the client and the therapist. My strengths lie in the examination, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders. I have deepened my expertise through additional training, which has particularly enhanced my skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and comprehensive assessment. I strongly believe in individualized, evidence-based physiotherapy — and that rehabilitation is most successful when both the client and the therapist commit to the process together. My interest in physiotherapy arose through my own sports activities, and sports physiotherapy remains one of my greatest passions. In addition to my practice, I have worked for several years at HJK Academy as a physiotherapist and performance coach for the U13–U15 teams. Currently, I serve as the physiotherapist for HJK's men's first team. However, I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages — from children to the elderly — and I consider this versatility a great strength in my work. Warmly welcome to physiotherapy — clients of all ages and fitness levels are welcome!
