Markus Törmä

My specialty is client-centered progressive physiotherapy. I am particularly interested in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, preventive therapeutic exercise, sports physiotherapy, and rehabilitation for the elderly. Additionally, home rehabilitation, memory rehabilitation, neurological physiotherapy, and veteran rehabilitation are all within my expertise. I have also conducted physical training sessions for individuals and teams, rehabilitation programs for children and adolescents, and outpatient work for young athletes. I am studying for a Master's degree in Health Sciences with a major in physiotherapy, which means I have access to the latest research information. People of all ages are welcome to my practice. My approach is client-centered, and I consider the client as a psychophysical whole. I always meet the client as an individual and consider their needs.
