Olen Alex Reitala ja toimin Herttoniemen toimipisteessä fysioterapeuttina ja koulutettuna hierojana. Olen erityisesti kiinnostunut niska-hartiaseudun ja selän ongelmista. Teen mielelläni työtä myös liikkujien ja urheilijoiden kanssa esimerkiksi alaraaja- ja rasitusvammojen parissa. On tärkeää selvittää ongelmien syyt, jotta ei hoideta pelkästään oireita vaan pyritään vaikuttamaan ongelmien taustalla oleviin tekijöihin. Tähän pyrin loogisella ja huolellisella tutkimisella. Perustan yksilöllisen kuntoutuksen haastatteluun, kliiniseen tutkimiseen ja tieteelliseen näyttöön. Hyödynnän työssäni manuaalista osaamistani. Ammatillisen osaamisen rinnalla minulle on tärkeää voida luoda kaikista asiakaskohtaamisistani mukavia ja rentoja hoitotilanteita.
