Olen opiskellut ensimmäiset kaksi vuotta Savonlinnan AMK:ssa ja loput 1,5 vuotta Helsingin Metropoliassa. Tuon työssäni esille ennaltaehkäisyn tärkeyttä ja haluankin antaa tarkkoja omahoito-ohjeistuksia, jotta esimerkiksi kivuista päästäisiin eroon. Olen koulutukseltani myös personal trainer ja hahmotan koko kehon toimintaa, kun ohjaan esimerkiksi alaraajojen harjoitteita. Halutessa keskustelen myös ravintovalinnoista ja niiden vaikutuksista.
