I am trained as a midwife (Bachelor of Health Care), sex therapist (4/26), and sex advisor. In my practice, I offer not only sex therapy and counseling but also midwife and nurse consultations. Currently, I provide services remotely, as well as through walking and outdoor activities. I am based in Helsinki, but due to remote connections, I see clients throughout Finland. I offer walking therapy in Helsinki and nature therapy in the capital region (e.g., Nuuksio, Luukki, Sipoonkorpi). I am gentle, humorous, and trustworthy by nature. You are safe with me. As a sex therapist, I have special expertise in treating women of menopausal age (including pre- and post-menopause) and other vulval conditions, the impact of neurospicy conditions on sexuality, and care for cancer patients. I also have special expertise in sexual well-being for women who have given birth. All genders are welcome at my practice. Between 2023 and 2025, I worked at the HUS Cancer Center in the breast surgery outpatient clinic. In my work, I also serve as a breast cancer nurse, offering support and information related to the diagnosis. You can come to me to discuss your diagnosis and the emotions it evokes. At the midwife's clinic, I offer conversations about upcoming or past childbirth. I do not conduct pregnancy follow-up or internal examinations at my practice.
