I am trained as a midwife (Bachelor of Health Care), sex therapist, and sexual counselor. In my practice, I offer not only sex therapy and counseling but also midwife and nurse consultations. I provide face-to-face sessions in Kampi and remotely, as well as walking and outdoor activities. I am based in Helsinki, but due to remote consultations, I see clients from all over Finland. I offer walking therapy in Helsinki and nature therapy in the Helsinki metropolitan area (e.g., Nuuksio, Luukki, Sipoonkorpi). I am gentle, humorous, and trustworthy by nature. With me, you are safe. As a sex therapist, I have special expertise especially in the care of women in menopause (including pre- and post-menopause) and other vulval issues, the impact of neurological disorders on sexuality, and care for cancer survivors. I also have specialized knowledge in sexual well-being after childbirth. My practice is open to all genders. From 2023 to 2025, I worked at the HUS Cancer Center in the breast surgery outpatient clinic. I also work as a breast cancer nurse, providing support and information related to the diagnosis. You are welcome to come to me for a consultation with the breast cancer nurse to discuss diagnosis and associated feelings. In my midwife consultation, I offer discussions related to upcoming or past childbirth. I do not perform pregnancy monitoring or internal examinations during my sessions.
