Olen koulutukseltani fysioterapeutti ja lymfaterapeutti. Olen työskennellyt alalla yli 30 vuotta. Asiakaskuntani muodostuu tuki- ja liikuntaelin sairauksia sairastavista henkilöistä, myös ennalta ehkäisevässä merkityksessä, sekä neurologisista asiakkaista mm. ALS, harvinaiset lihassairaudet sekä sidekudossairaudet (EDS, hypermobiliteettioireyhtymät ja muut harvinaiset yliliikkuvuusoireyhtymät). Olen erikoistunut myös leukanivelen ja purentaelimistön toimintahäiriöihin ja niiden fysioterapiaan. Lisäksi teen päivittäin manuaalista lymfaterapiaa mm. syöpähenkilöille, plastikkakirurgian ja erilaisten leikkausten (mm. polven tekonivelleikkauksen) jälkeen esiintyvään turvotukseen. Leikkausten jälkeen kuuluu oleellisena asiana myös leikkaus arven terapia. Terapiamenetelminä käytän myös fascia- ja fibroosikäsittelyä. Painotan terapiatyössäni kokonaisvaltaista lähestymistapaa, asiakkaiden sen hetkiset tarpeet ja resurssit huomioiden. Kuntoutujani ovat lapsista aikuisiin sekä ikäihmisiin.
