Olen työskennellyt fysioterapeuttina vuodesta 2001 lähtien. Laajaan erityisosaamiseeni kuuluvat tuki- ja liikuntaelin fysioterapia, neurologinen fysioterapia ja lymfaterapia (operaatioiden jälkeen tai eri sairauksiin liittyen). Kehitän osaamistani säännöllisesti lisäkouluttautumalla ja seuraamalla alan uusinta tutkimustietoa. Kokemusta minulla on useiden eri ongelmien ja sairauksien kuntoutuksesta *ongelmat ylä- ja alaraajoissa, olkanivelissä, selän ja lantion alueella *turvotustilat, toiminnallisten häiriöiden ja kiputilojen hoito *kävelyyn liittyvät ongelmat *leikkausten jälkeinen kuntoutus *fascia ongelmat *MS-tauti, Parkinson tauti ja muut muistisairaudet *aivoverenkiertohäiriöiden jälkitilat ja aivovammat *lihastaudit, reumat ja fibromyalgia * päänsärky ja huimaus Toteutan fysioterapiaa manuaalisilla keinoilla ja toiminnallisena fysioterapiana. Ohjaan asiakkaitani mielelläni kokonaisvaltaiseen hyvinvointiin. Olen suorittanut elintapavalmentajan koulutuksen, jossa olen perehtynyt liikunta- ja ravitsemusohjaukseen, painonhallintaan sekä uniterveyden ja unettomuuden lääkkeettömään hoitoon
