I graduated as a certified massage therapist and sports massage therapist in 2021. Since then, I have worked both in my own practice in Turku and for two years in a spa environment providing spa treatments and hot stone massage. At SkärgårdsHälsan/SaaristoTerveys I offer classical massage, sports massage and hot stone massage. My approach combines a structured and practical technique with a calm and attentive presence. Each treatment begins with a consultation to understand your needs and goals. The treatment is always tailored individually – whether you are looking to support your training and recovery or to relieve tension and stress. I grew up in the Finnish countryside in Satakunta and later moved to Turku. Physical activity is an important part of my life, and in my free time I enjoy football (currently working as a referee), gym training, cycling and swimming.
