Physiotherapist, perinatal physiotherapist and short-term solution-focused therapist Hi, I'm Janna – a physiotherapist specialized in perinatal and pelvic floor physiotherapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine (Lund University, 2015), and I’m also a certified solution-focused short-term therapist and coach. My work combines body-based and psychological understanding. Parenthood and life transitions affect us deeply – both physically and mentally. At my clinic, you’ll receive holistic and individualized support. My clients describe me as empathetic, flexible, and perceptive – someone who truly listens and sees the whole person. Honesty, trust, and authenticity are the core values I bring into every session. Based on these, I create a safe space and a care plan tailored to your unique needs – whether you are recovering from childbirth, experiencing pain, or feeling mentally overwhelmed. I continuously invest in my professional development, and one of my greatest passions is to understand the human being as a whole – physically, emotionally, and in the context of their life situation.
