The purpose of therapy is to create a safe space for you to rediscover yourself, talk about difficult issues, and face those parts of yourself that you haven't been able to confront before. Nothing human is foreign in my practice. I believe that an accepting reception can help you with anxiety and depression. As a therapist, I am calm, encouraging, and practical. Perhaps you fell ill, are facing a divorce, became unemployed, lost a loved one, experienced something shocking, or small things have accumulated into a big worry. My task is to help you find clarity and direction for the future by exploring the roots of the current situation. I aim to increase a meaningful life in line with your values, creating psychological flexibility. In longer therapies, we practice mindfulness skills to support the management of unpleasant thoughts and feelings using exercises such as presence or nervous system-regulating exercises. Currently offering Jungian therapy and therapeutic photography.
