Therapy creates a safe space for you where you can rediscover yourself, talk about difficult issues, and confront parts of yourself you haven't been able to face before. Nothing human is foreign to me in my work. I believe that a accepting approach can help you with anxiety and depression. As a therapist, I am calm, encouraging, and practical. Perhaps you got sick, are facing a divorce, lost your job, lost a loved one, experienced something shocking, or small issues are piling up into a big burden. My task is to help you find clarity and direction for the future by exploring the roots of your current situation. I aim to enhance your meaningful life in accordance with your values and create psychological resilience. In longer therapies, we practice awareness skills to manage uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, using exercises such as mindfulness or nervous system regulation techniques. Currently, I offer Jungian therapy and therapeutic photography. Through my training and work experience, I focus on palliative care, psychiatric nursing, and crisis situations (such as illness, divorce, facing anxiety, or individual and group therapy).
