The purpose of therapy is to create a safe space for you where you can get to know yourself again, talk about difficult things and face those parts of yourself that have not been possible to face before. Nothing human is foreign to my reception. I believe that an accepting and supportive encounter can ease anxiety and depression. As a therapist, I am calm, encouraging and practical. My task is to help you find clarity and direction for the future by exploring the roots of your current situation. The goal is to increase the experience of meaning in line with your values and strengthen psychological flexibility. In longer therapies, we practice mindfulness skills that support the processing of difficult thoughts and feelings. We use, for example, presence exercises and methods aimed at regulating the nervous system. I am currently studying Jungian therapy and therapeutic photography, which bring more depth and new perspectives to my work. I am a brief therapist and have become familiar with body-based methods for releasing emotional blocks.
