Käytän erilaisia harjoituksia ja materiaaleja, mm. kuvakortteja, esineitä, kirjoittamista jne. Myös pienet välitehtävät kuuluvat kognitiiviseen psykoterapiaan. Pohjakoulutukseni on puheterapeutti. Olen työskennellyt psykoterapeuttina niin lasten, nuorten kuin aikuistenkin kanssa. Erityisosaamista minulla on adoptio- ja sijaisperheiden ja -lasten, neurokirjolla olevien ihmisten, seksuaali- ja sukupuolivähemmistöihin kuuluvien sekä urheilijoiden psyykkisiin ongelmiin ja niiden hoitoon.
