Tärkeintä on ihmisen kohtaaminen. Autan potilaita muun muassa ahdistuneisuus- ja mielialaoireiden, surun, kriisien, traumojen, fobioiden, sosiaalisten taitojen ja työelämän kuormitusten haasteiden kanssa. Työskentelyotettani ohjaa sinun tarpeesi ja tavoitteet, mitä terapialla asetamme. Haluan olla kanssakulkija, kohdata ihmisen aidosti ja olla läsnäoleva. Pyrin hyödyntämään työssäni erilaisia terapiamenetelmiä, erityistä mielenkiintoa koen hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapian ja dialektisen käyttäytymisterapian hyödyntämiseen työssäni. Työskentelyäni ohjaa myös valmennuksellinen ote ja urheilullinen tausta. Valmennustyössä olen ollut mukana 1990 -luvulta ja lisäkoulutukseltani olen neuropsykiatrinen valmentaja, RSMP - valmentaja ja ART -ohjaaja. Henkilökohtaisesti olen aktiivinen, eteenpäin menevä ja käytännönläheinen. Tutustumiskäynnin kautta muodostuu ajatus siitä, miten yhteinen polkumme kulkee.
