As a second language speaker, I prefer clients with second language or US English. The British are also welcome as long as they speak slowly and clearly :) . Long therapies, i.e. a year or longer period of time: psychodynamic / psychoanalytic approach. Shorter periods also available: support in a difficult life situation, trauma assessment etc. Also supervision for healthcare professionals.
