Olen 52- vuotias Kognitiivisen käyttäytymispsykotetapeutti. Peruskoulutukseltani olen psykiatrinen sairaanhoitaja. Olen työskennellyt pitkään eri mielenterveyden osa-alueilla. Työskentelyotteeltani olen tehokas ja ystävällinen. Minulla on paljon kokemusta neuropsykiatrian haasteista ja olen myös neuropsykiatrinen valmentaja. Psykoterapiatyössäni käytän hyväkseni mm. HOT-ja skeema työskentelyä. Otan vastaan Helsingin Hakaniemessä Kkt-keskus Arvossa.
