You are welcome to my psychotherapy appointment either individually or together with the important people in your life, whether you are facing an acute crisis or long-term challenges. In our sessions, we can explore topics related to relationships, interaction, parenting, stressful life experiences, personal resources or work life. Neuropsychiatric disorders are one of my areas of special expertise, and I have worked extensively with them in both rehabilitation and psychotherapy settings. As a couple and family therapist, I work with different kinds of relationships, couples, and families (Kela-therapy available). As an individual client, you are warmly welcome to my practice both with personal concerns and various relationship-related challenges. Unfortunately, I cannot offer Kela-therapy for individual clients, but it is worth checking whether your insurance will cover psychotherapy sessions. Otherwise, sessions can be paid for individually. As a therapist, I am empathetic and able to consider situations from multiple perspectives. The most important values in my work are respecting the clients and ensuring that they feel safe. My therapeutic approach is dialogical and resource-oriented and I am integrating methods from different theoretical frameworks. My educational background includes qualifications as a Resource-oriented couple and family psychotherapist, Cognitive brief therapist, Occupational therapist and solution-focused neuropsychiatric coach. In June 2026, I will graduate as a professional supervisor/work counselor. I work with clients of all ages through both onsite and remote sessions. Welcome to my practice!
