Olen Juulia Järvdike, psykologi, kirjailija ja valmentaja. Yli vuosikymmenen kokemukseni kautta olen erikoistunut erityisesti ADHD, autismikirjoon sekä toiminnanohjauksen, kuormituksen ja tunnesäätelyn kysymyksiin. Olen suorittanut Ruotsin tason 1 psykoterapeuttikoulutuksen ja dialektisen käyttäytymisterapian koulutuksen (DKT). Psykologityön lisäksi minulla on kokemusta yritysten johtotehtävistä ja olen Lead Forward -koulutettu. Valmennan johtajia ja avainhenkilöitä vahvistamaan toimintakykyään, johtamistaan ja omien vahvuuksiensa hyödyntämistä työelämässä.
