Olen Juulia Järvdike, psykologi ja mielen hyvinvoinnin asiantuntija. Yli vuosikymmenen mittaisen kokemukseni kautta olen erikoistunut psykiatrisiin sairauksiin, erityisesti keskittyen kehityshäiriöihin, kuten ADHD ja autismi sekä persoonallisuuden häiriöihin. Olen suorittanut Ruotsin tason 1 psykoterapeuttikoulutuksen ja Dialektisen terapian koulutuksen (DKT), tuoden syvällistä ymmärrystä ja monipuolisia työkaluja hoitotyöhöni.
