Olen valmistunut lähihoitajaksi 2011. Virkkalan fysioterapiassa olen tehnyt vuodesta 2023 fysikaalisia hoitoja. Mm. EMMS ja huippukylmä. EMMS on elektromagneettinen lihasharjoittelu. Hoidot tukevat lihaksia ja palautumista sekä poistaa ei toivottuja rasvakertymiä hoidettavilta alueilta. EMMS- hoitomenetelmä on alunperin kehitetty vammoista toipumiseen sekä lihasten nopeutettuun kuntoutukseen ja vahvistamaan erillaisten onnettomuuksien ja leikkauksen jälkeen. EMMS hoidetaan myös virtsan karkailua hyvillä tuloksin. Olen harrastanut ratsastusta koko ikäni ja EMMS:llä olen saanut myös vatsalihakset lajiin mukaan uudella tavalla. Kauttani myös huippukylmähoidot ja laser.
