Olen valmistunut fysioterapeutiksi (AMK) vuonna 2003. Tuki- ja liikuntaelin fysioterapiaa olen tehnyt valmistumisestani lähtien fysikaalisissa hoitolaitoksissa, sekä sairaaloissa. Ammatinvalintaani en ole katunut päivääkään, tykkään työstäni ja toivon sen välittyvän. Lihas- ja nivelkäsittelyiden lisäksi käytän hoidoissani tarvittaessa kinesioteippausta ja Cryo21-kylmähoitoterapiaa. Lantionpohjan toimintahäiriöt ovat erikoisalaani. Lantionpohjan ylijännittyneisyys, kiputilat, virtsan karkailu, erkauma sekä liikunta ennen ja jälkeen raskauden. Luontaishoidot ovat myös lähellä sydäntäni ja valmistuin diplomiluontaisterapeutiksi vuonna 2015, pääaineena koko kehon refleksologia (vyöhyketerapia). Pidän tärkeänä asiakkaan yksilöllistä kohtaamista ja tarpeiden kuuntelemista. Näin voin yhdessä asiakkaan kanssa suunnitella hänen tarpeitaan vastaavan hoitokokonaisuuden ja antaa sopivia työkaluja myös kuntoutuksen tueksi. Lämpimästi tervetuloa!
