Olen fysioterapeutti ja liikuntaneuvoja. Hyödynnän työssäni koulutuksista saamiani oppeja mm. terapeuttisen harjoittelun, manuaalisen terapian ja fysikaalisten hoitojen muodossa. Olen kouluttautunut raskausajan sekä synnytyksen jälkeiseen fysioterapiaan. Mikäli sinua mietityttää esimerkiksi liikunta raskausaikana tai synnytyksen jälkeen, suorien vatsalihasten erkauma tai lantionpohjan toimintahäiriöt, autan sinua mielelläni. Minulle voit tulla myös hierontaan raskausaikana, ennen synnytystä tai sen jälkeen. Lisäksi tarjoan purentakäsittelyjä ja lpg-hoitoja.
