Olen fysioterapeutti, jolla on pitkä kokemus eri ikäisten ihmisten kuntoutuksesta tuki- ja liikuntaelinongelmatiikassa. Jatkokouluttaudun ja opiskelen aktiivisesti koko ajan. Minulla on vahvaa osaamista erilaisten kiputilojen hoidosta, leikkausten ja vammojen jälkeisestä kuntoutuksesta. Käytän fysioterapiassa paljon manuaalisia menetelmiä kuten fasciamanipulaatiota (Stecco), nikamakäsittelyitä sekä terapeuttista harjoittelua, ohjausta ja neuvontaa. Minulla on myös vahvaa osaamista myös ikääntyvien ja muistisairaiden fysioterapiasta.
