Palveluihini kuuluu myös kuntosaliohjaukset ja FasciaMethod. Ohjattu kuntosali kokoontuu tiistaisin ja perjantaisin klo10. Yhteistreenit ovat tiistaisin klo16 ja perjantaisin klo15. Ilmoittautumisen kautta pääsee mukaan harjoitteluun!
