Olen valmistunut fysioterapeutiksi vuonna 2005. Siitä asti olen tehnyt töitä monipuolisesti sekä neurologisten, tuki- ja liikuntaelin ongelmaisten että geriatristen asiakkaiden parissa. Nykyään teen pääsääntöisesti neurologista kuntoutusta eli vaativaa lääkinnällistä kuntoutusta. Olen käynyt vuonna 2020 neurologisen erikoistumiskoulutuksen ja vuonna 2021-2022 Assesment and Treatment of adults with Neurological condition the bobath -konsepti koulutuksen. Käytän monipuolisesti fysioterapeuttisia menetelmiä muun muassa manuaalisia taitoja, terapeuttista harjoittelua, lihasvoima-, tasapaino- ja liikkuvuusharjoitteita kuntosalia hyödyntäen. Allasterapia on myös lähellä sydäntäni ja olen uimaopettaja (erityisuimaopettaja v. 2022), joten uimatekniikan opettaminen onnistuu myös tarvittaessa. Voin palvella myös viittomakielellä ja osaan erittäin hyvin tukiviittomat.
