Kaarel Tramm

I graduated as a physiotherapist in 1999 and have worked in the private sector ever since. I joined Martin Kunto in 2000, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to help develop and expand our operations both in Finland and abroad. Since 2019, I have been the CEO of Martin Kunto. Even though administrative work keeps me busy, I find it important to stay involved in hands-on clinical work — it brings balance to my days and keeps me grounded. I am also a trained lymphatic therapist, and for several years I have been fitting compression garments as part of my work. My experience covers a wide range of musculoskeletal rehabilitation as well as neurological physiotherapy for both children and adults, and I also enjoy providing pool-based therapy. What I appreciate most in my work is the chance to keep learning, challenge myself, and do something that genuinely makes a difference in people’s everyday lives. A big part of the joy in my job also comes from our fantastic team — it’s inspiring to work alongside skilled and enthusiastic colleagues.
