Tarjoan lyhytterapiaa sekä koulutuspsykoterapiaa. Terapeuttina olen helposti lähestyttävä, huumorintajuinen, melko suorapuheinen -samalla aina asiakasta kunnioittava. Työtapani on eteenpäin suuntaava ja asiakkaan tarpeiden mukaan eri menetelmiä yhdistelevä. Taustaltani olen sairaanhoitaja AMK, TtM, lyhytterapeutti, neuropsykiatrinen valmentaja sekä tällä hetkellä psykoterapeuttikoulutettava, valmistuminen 12/25. Olen työskennellyt psyykkisten haasteiden parissa yli 18 vuotta, niin nuorten kuin aikuistenkin parissa. Olet lämpimästi tervetullut juuri sellaisena kuin olet. Etsitään yhdessä lisää voimavaroja tai tietä kohti toivottua muutosta.
