I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2006, prior to which I worked for 15 years as a nurse at the Päijät-Häme Central Hospital. I have trained in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and also have acupuncture training. In recent years, I have become interested in a holistic approach to clients and studied basic psychophysical psychotherapy courses in 2020-2021 and psychophysical physiotherapy in 2022. I am also a service provider for the Päijät-Häme Wellness Consortium's service voucher. In the spring of 2018, I graduated as a manipulative physiotherapist according to the Maitland Concept from the Lahti University of Applied Sciences. This is an extensive additional training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Additionally, I have completed internationally certified Stecco fascia manipulation training. The main focus of this method is on the functional relationship between the deep fascia of the muscles and its components. My tools are my hands and guidance.
