I help individuals and couples through solution-focused psychotherapy. I am a highly specialized psychotherapist and a sex therapist. Additionally, I have enhanced my expertise with further studies in trauma and dissociative disorders. Respect and regard for the client are the cornerstones of my work. Clients have wisdom and expertise about their own lives. Together with the client, I ask questions and observe their situation. I encourage discussing even the difficult and challenging topics. My approach can be described as compassionate yet firm. My goal is to create an accepting and safe atmosphere where all thoughts, feelings, and observations are allowed. A confidential therapeutic relationship provides the framework for successful psychotherapy. Insights emerge when issues have been sufficiently addressed. The duration of the therapeutic relationship is individual and is always assessed together with the client.
