I treat children and adults of all ages and in different life situations. I have special expertise in mental health work and the rehabilitation of chronic pain. Neurodiversity and taking it into account in the reception are among my interests. In addition, I have an understanding and expertise in the diversity of different bodily variations and sexuality, gender and relationships. My reception work consists of osteopathy and mental health work. More detailed descriptions of the services will soon be available on the renewed website. As an osteopath, I receive clients of all ages, from babies to the elderly. Treatment of pregnant individuals is also part of my expertise. Mental health services are mainly for those over 18 years of age, admission of younger people is subject to separate consideration, please contact me in advance. Most often, people come to me with chronic pain and/or mental health challenges. The most typical pains include migraine symptoms, back and joint pain, abdominal pain and muscle pain. At the reception, I also meet a lot of people with different types of hypermobility. Various pain conditions and life stressors can also trigger psychological symptoms such as depression, fatigue, anxiety, sleep problems and various stress symptoms. Mental health is part of overall health and mental health challenges can also be the main reason for coming to my office. Arrival and parking
My office is located in the center of Turku with good transport connections, at Puutarhakatu 45 (Hansacenter). Hansacenter consists of two large buildings, the lower one you will see first if you are coming from the center. My office is in the higher part, which you can reach by turning right after the lower building into the large parking lot. There are stairs leading to the main door, with the Fitness 24/7 gym on the left and the elevator on the right. There is 2-hour parking in the yard with a parking disc and street parking nearby. The main door is below the Hansacenter sign. I will pick you up on the 1st floor. There is no free access to the floors so please wait in the lower lobby when you arrive. Especially for your first visit I hope that you will arrive about 15 minutes earlier so that you have time to fill out the preliminary information form (found in the lobby) in peace. There are toilets upstairs, and tea and other drinks and small snacks are available in the hallway in front of the treatment room.
