Sofita’s Therapy Services offers individual, couples, and family therapy for people of all ages. We specialize in the mental well-being of children, youth, and families. Our practice is located in Meilahti, Helsinki, with excellent transport connections. Accessibility is limited: there are several steps at the main entrance and in front of the therapy services’ door, and there are thresholds inside the premises. Our therapists are experienced psychologists and psychotherapists who work extensively on challenges such as emotional issues, relationship problems, and various life crises. We can help with depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and eating-related challenges. We support children and adolescents in emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as in school-related and developmental crossroads—if necessary, even participating in school meetings. We also offer psychological assessments and parental guidance. Couples can benefit from the support of our experienced couples’ therapists. In addition, we provide neurodiversity coaching (nepsy) and psychological coaching for athletes of all ages, as well as sexual therapy for individuals and couples. Our services are available in Finnish, Swedish, and English. Additionally, some of our therapists provide therapy in Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian.
