Vastaanoton sijainti on Haukilahden ostarilla. Ei esteetöntä kulkua. B-rappu sijaitsee S-Marketin ja pankkiautomaatin vasemmalla puolella. Rapun ovi on lukossa klo 14 jälkeen, joten tulen alaovelle vastaan n. 5 min. ennen tapaamisaikaa. Ostarin edessä on maksuttomia parkkipaikkoja parkkikiekolla, ja rakennuksen alla parkkihallissa lisää (ajoväylä rakennuksen eteläpäädystä sisään). Julkisella liikenteellä metro tuo Lauttasaareen, Tapiolaan ja Niittykumpuun ja sieltä bussilinjat 104, 105 ja 111 tuovat ihan viereen tai lyhyen kävelymatkan päähän.
