I am a psychologist and a cognitive psychotherapist. My therapeutic orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children. I strive to create a safe and trusting atmosphere where you can be exactly who you are. My approach is attentive and exploratory, while also active and goal-oriented. In therapy, you will learn to look beneath the surface of your difficulties and recognize your strengths. You will gain access to a variety of practical tools to help you take care of your mental well-being. I will help you identify the things that truly matter to you and move toward the direction you want in your life. Together, we will help you get your life back on track. I provide individual rehabilitation psychotherapy reimbursed by Kela, as well as psychotherapy services through the HUS service voucher system and the City of Helsinki service voucher system. I offer psychologist and psychotherapist appointments that may be covered by insurance. I also welcome clients who pay for their sessions privately without reimbursement. I provide supervision for psychotherapists in training, as well as for social and healthcare professionals, managers, and those in leadership positions. I deliver training related to cognitive behavioral therapy and psychology, which can be commissioned directly from me. I offer psychological services that do not include psychological assessments.
